Last week, Laketra of  LaketraBFF nominated me for the Leibster award! What an honor! She has a lovely blog where she discusses different aspects of life, and I encourage all of you to check out her blog.

For those of you that don’t know, the Liebster Award seeks to highlight new/newer/newish bloggers. When you are nominated, you are summoned to:

The following are my responses to her questions:

1.) Why did you start blogging?

I have always enjoyed writing and decided to really stick with it this time.This may or may not be my 3rd blog.

2.) If you could have 3 wishes, what would they be?

• I would love to move to another country and experience life there.
• Be a magical unicorn (so random)
• Enjoy rollercoaster rides but my fear of heights won’t let me be great.

3.) If you could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive), who would it be?

4.) Any advice for your 13 year old self?

Buckle up ,life is about to get interesting.Stand firm in your beliefs and the confidence you have now will carry you through life.

5.) If you had to change your name, what would it be?

Hmmm, this is tricky.I can’t think of any.

6.) Favorite food?

Tacos every.day!!! 

7.) If you were a super hero, what superpowers would you want?

I’d love to give kids secret global adventures.I’d fly them with lightning speed to some fun destination where they can play and have fun with other kids.

8.) What is your top strength?

Resilience.It has gotten me through so much.Of course, my faith in God compounds my ability to be resilient.

9.) Read any good books lately?

I am currently reading a book by Dr.Phil titled Life Strategies:Doing What Works,Doing What Matters.

10.) Dream job?

Any job that requires me to travel around the world, making a difference in people’s lives. To be more specific, maybe a traveling doctor.

11.) Favorite childhood memory?

Grabbing ice-cream every Saturday morning with my dad.
